If I order today, will I receive my hair next week?

On average, most customers received their hair in 7-10 business days from original purchase date, after your order has been processed. However, it is recommended that you allow yourself enough time to receive your hair. Always prepare for unexpected delays from UPS due to weather related conditions.

How long does this hair last?

With proper hair care it can last from 8 to 12 months.

Can I dye/bleach/color this hair?

Yes! The hair is 100% virgin hair. It can be dyed and/or bleached. Once colored the hair must be properly cared for following our hair care tips.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $10.00 flat rate for all orders unless specified.

How long is shipping?

After processing, which can take up to 3 business days, orders usually will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

What is the return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
